I grew up trying to make it as a professional skier, but after four ACL tears in my right knee, I had to step away from that dream. I’ve spent the last nine years consistently rehabbing my knee(s), and I’ve learned a lot throughout that process. It’s now a life mission of mine to keep my knees healthy for the long term, and as an ATG Level 2 Certified Coach, I want to share what I’ve learned to help you do the same.
